We produce Blue hardened Steel Nails, Masonry Nails and Concrete Nails with specifications from shank diameter 2mm to 4.5mm, Shank length form 20mm to 100mm. • Aug. 2004—A Brand new Austemper furnace has been put into production

Sifang fastener invested a brand new heat-treatment system in August. At present, The new Austemper furnace has been put into production successfully. The new heat treatment system will enable a evener and more stable quality of products, double the company production capacity.

• May. 2004—A new hammer & trigger tool has been developed and proved very successful by our worldwide customers

• Mar. 2003—SIFANG launched its new product—stainless steel drive pins into the market

In March 2003, Sifang launched its new product—stainless steel drive pins into the market. Having adopted the AISI 316 material, the new product—stainless steel drive pins acquired a high corrosion resistance, thereby especially fit for the application where anticorrosion condition is involved. It is widely applied on such base materials as steel, concrete, aluminum etc.

The stainless steel drive pins have DN, DNW, PD, PDW etc as its specification, with stainless washers of different sizes and shapes available for match. Its shank length varies from 14mm to 54mm, and its special surface polishing treatment enabled the product to go without galvanized coating yet enjoy a special gloss which the common galvanized drive pin’s surface does not possess.

The stainless steel drive pins have now been supplied to many customers in batches; it is well received by the buyers of different market areas.      Detail>>
